Mr. Kirk is a Junior Analyst at Westside, where he supports the acquisitions and asset management teams across multifamily, mixed-use, and development opportunities in Florida and the Southeast. His responsibilities include financial modeling, underwriting, market and comparable sales research, due diligence, and the production of investment memoranda and investor presentations.

Prior to joining Westside, Mr. Kirk interned with UBS Wealth Management, where he supported portfolio analysis and acted as a client liaison for high-net-worth individuals.

Mr. Kirk is completing his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Real Estate at the University of Miami Business School. Mr. Kirk is originally from Newport, Rhode Island.
