The firm is committed to maintaining an open, entrepreneurial, dynamic and intellectually stimulating workplace, rich with opportunities to learn and grow.
Westside aims to be an employer of choice for top talent around the world. As such, we offer a wide range of social events and experiences to our employees. As a firm, we aim to bring employees from various geographies together whenever possible. At executive trainings and offsites, we balance work with fun, providing structured volunteer time as well as social outings.
Our year-long internship program has provided an enriching and rewarding learning experience for students in all majors, with an interest in real estate, finance and private equity investing. Designed to fully immerse students in the day-today activities of one of our divisions, this internship emphasizes building skills and navigating the nuances of working in a professional setting.
The program starts with an orientation where you’ll learn about our culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of Westside. You will also receive division-specific training designed to help you succeed in your division. After training, you will receive real responsibilities to give you a sense of what you would be doing, day to day, as a full-time Westside employee.
Along with fellow interns, you will work alongside leaders within our industry, attend all-staff events and learn about business etiquette, build networking skills, and discuss career planning. Successful interns may be invited back to join the firm in a full-time position.
