Westside acquires 176-unit apartment community with additional development potential in Jacksonville, FL
Westside has acquired Creekwood Club, formerly known as Creekwood Apartment Homes, a 176-unit garden-style apartment community in Jacksonville, FL. Situated in the southside submarket of Jacksonville near The St. Johns Town Center, an upscale super-regional open-air mall, and near St. Vincent’s Medical Center.
Westside has announced the acquisition of Buena Vista (formerly known as Moncler Buena Vista), a 240-unit garden-style apartment community in Tampa, FL. Built in 1985, the apartment community is comprised of 10 buildings each containing 24 units on a 5-acre site.
Westside has completed the purchase of Ibis Hotel Pilsen from an affiliated company of Accor S.A. (“Accor”), the largest hotel group in the world outside of the United States. Westside and Accor have agreed on “a sale and manage-back” transaction.
Westside has received city approval to rezone a vacant 3.72-acre parcel on Winter Haven’s South Lake Howard Drive (the “Parcel”) for high-density multi-family residential to expand Lakeshore Club.
Westside has acquired Terraces on the Square in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Terraces on the Square was built in 2009 to a condo quality high-end standard comprising of one, two and three-bedroom units. Westside plans to moderately update common areas and perform selective interior upgrades. Interior upgrades will focus on maintaining top of the class apartment finishes.
Westside has acquired Lakeshore Club in Winter-Haven, Florida. Westside plans to renovate all interiors and expand the property by developing approximately 130 additional units. Interior upgrades will focus on delivering top of the class apartment finishes. Exterior improvements will include a boutique signature lobby, dog park, children’s playground, tennis court, landscape improvements and structural upgrades.
